At The Cowboy Pillows®️ Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new home accents aren't a perfect fit for your ranch, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping center to begin the transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned pillows, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
